Cancellation Policy

*Non-refundable $25 deposit is required for all styles to hold your appointment. Deposit goes towards your balance. The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment. *Cancellation must be made 48 hours (2 days before scheduled appointment). *If you arrive 15 min late, you may be asked to reschedule. Healthy hair is a must! Clean hair is required for all styles. Selecting the "Booking Rules" is required as a part of your service. This establishes a mutual understanding of expectations of services being provided.
